Went to have my hair high/low lighted, toned, cut etc. My hair literally looked exactly the same when it was finished. And I mean, as if nothing was done. When I expressed my concern about it upon completion, I was told, "well, I did it and you have to pay in full." The offer was made to come back, which I did and the only thing done was a conditioning treatment and another toner. Still, the same outcome...nothing. Not a single person I know noticed that I had anything done to my hair and my family at least, always noticed. I thought I would try a new place, but alas, I was very dissatisfied and the stylist was not happy about having me return to 'try again'. I was charged $110 for nothing. BTW, it was not Nikki that did my hair. This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, outside of throwing money out the window, which would have at least let someone find it and use it more wisely.
Every time I get my hair done here I walk out feeling like a "new woman"! Misty does a great job every time!!!
I have a really hard time with this review. I'm giving three stars due to the fact that there are different hair dressers here. I would give the owner Nikki 5 stars. She's cut my hair three times and I have loved it every time. She is very nice and personable and I would give her five stars. However, there is another girl there named Cassie who I would only give 1 star. Not only is she standoffish and borderline rude, but she's cut my hair twice and both times I have been unsatisfied. When asking opinions or questions about my hair her answer is always "it's your hair, you have to decide." To some point I understand this but when asking an opinion on something like that I'd like to hear what someone trained says rather than myself who barely even knows how to use a blow dryer. Would appreciate some kindness from this woman and also for her to be a little more professional. If I wanted to decide everything about my haircut I'd do it at home. With all of that being said though, Nikki really is a great hairdresser and I'd recommend her.
