My daughter and I had a brow wax and shape appointment with Anita and Carmen and absolutely loved them! Everyone was very kind and made us feel like family - we truly appreciate this. We've booked for a 6 week upkeep as we are extremely satisfied with our results. Their level of professionalism and cleanliness, class and style most definitely surpassed our expectations. I've been following and watching Jasmine's YouTube channel for quite some time now. I finally made an appointment today and she was AMAZING! Jasmine is truly the brow expert! My entire family loved what she did to my brows! I will definitely come back to see her again! Thank you again, Jasmine!!!

Before my appointment, I saw my technician blowing her nose at the workstation. I wanted to say something, but I don't like to complain and wanted to give her a chance to clean her hands and disinfect the space before starting. As she was doing my brows, I saw the tech wipe her nose with her glove and then touch my face with the same hand several times! I felt too uncomfortable to say something as she was sitting over me working on my brows, but I did mention it to the manager during check out. Her response was, "She's not sick, she just has really bad allergies, I promise!" There was no attempt to remedy the situation; I was charged in full and asked to add a tip. Even it is just bad allergies, proper hygiene, sanitation and safety practices still apply. While I do like the end result, I sadly won't be returning.

That was a terrible experience. Cranky woman. Totally uneven result. Tint was awful and all over the place. Can't believe I paid $$$ for a result so bad I'm embarrassed to publish a photo. Won't be back.

I brought my daughter in for an eyebrow tint, only. I didn't want any other services. The services here are expensive. The tint was $40. The tech did a good job. My only complaint was the arrogance of the tech whose name I didn't catch. I told her nicely we were here for an eyebrow tint, only. She kept telling my 17 year old daughter over and over it wasn't going to look good if she didn't get a wax. 1st off my daughter didn't need a wax or any type of clean up. 2nd off I wasn't going to spend $65 for an eyebrow wax, which is no different than a salon near my house for $20. 3rd knowing I'm the mom and the one paying she should if just done her job and not make my daughter feel bad. I wanted to get up and leave and not have the tint done but my daughter really wanted the tint. The tech needs a class in customer service. Finally, as I checked out I was asked to tip. I didn't want to due to the arrogance of the tech but I was put in the spot. Never again would I come here with arrogance technician.
