Q Salon in Beverly Hills, CA

Very nice salon. The ladies are super sweet. I take my mom there for her mani pedi and it's always pretty. Prices are super fair. The receptionist is super kind and always squeezes you in.

I found the salon during the pandemic. And I'm so glad I did. It's walking distance for me. I love all the girls that work there, especially Tran and Christine, They always do an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment with this place for myself and my daughter at 2:40. We got there at 2:50 because there was absolutely no parking for the store. After speaking with someone, they claimed that I did not make an appointment. After 10 minutes of arguing, they remembered that they talked to me. I think it is an immediate red flag when a place does this. After they finally recognized that I did in fact make an appointment, they took 20 minutes to seat us. We had picked a color and were waiting there for us to seat us. When they finally did seat us, we waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to come start our nails. They did not come start our nails until I had to ask what was going on. When they started my toes, they had not come to start my pedicure or my daughter's, even though that is what we made an appointment for. I reminded them multiple times that we had an appointment at 2:40 and by this time it was about 3:20. To make matters worse, someone else walked in after us and immediately got sat down and someone came to work on their nails. I was confused why they were able to start her nails right away but not ours. I spoke up and made this clear to them and they did not even apologize. They said they were busy and overbooked, but if you make an appointment with a place, you expect them to have this stuff figured out (which they didn't). They finally came to start my daughter's nails 5 minutes after that and did not come to start my manicure until 10 minutes later. They did not once apologize for the problem. The work they did on our nails was just average and I will not be coming back to this place again!!

This is an excellent nail salon. Love them. It's quiet, easy to park , and very clean. Every one of their nail technicians are great and it's just a low-key easy salon. I definitely recommend it to everybody. Specifically because they are CLEAN!

First time here. I randomly popped in without an appt while in Beverly Hills and I'm super impressed! I got a gel mani and a regular pedicure and they did an outstanding job! Sure, the price point is a bit higher - I mean you're in Beverly Hills. But they are good, thorough, and don't skimp on anything! The salon itself is cute, the chairs are not massage chairs if that's something you want. I don't think it's necessary. They bring in a pedicure bowl for each pedi. I'll definitely go back!
