Asked for these nails said she could do them put the full set on and mention she doesn't do under polish smfh asked for white toes with red flowers got the total opposite like I'm confused on why I'm paying $117 for hands and feet and the shit basic asf ! This will be my last time wasting my money and paying deaf b%tches for anything a$$ service they've really got $hitty since covid hit and haven't been back up to par since sad to say they just need to hang it up atp wish I could give A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW

They rush your nails because they want as many clients coming in. The ladies are poor on design quality, wants to charge between $85-100 for fill ins and feet combine. I had two nail techs arguing with each other in front of me, she proceeds giving me a sloppy rushed design after arguing with her co-worker and when I wanted better quality of the design I originally showed her she gets mad, Then grabs another lady to finish my nails and she too is bad with designs. Then once done after I had them to correct each nail $85. Julie will lie to you saying she did your nails or previous designs just to get you as a client or commission. Keep an eye on how they cleanse and care for their tools as far as pedicure. I advise you to say no on the foot scrapper/pumice. They just scrape scrape scrape and throw it in a cup. Make sure you are getting GEL APPLICATION. DONT LET THEM APPLY ACRYLIC ON NAILS WITH GEL POLISH, they will lie and say it's a complete Gel set when it's not. This is the place for solid color only! CANT go wrong with that And make sure you get them to Sculpt right! Don't let them have you walk out with bulky looking nails. They know how to make them sharp. Sadly you just gotta speak up or they will rush you. Trust me solid color, don't wast your time on design. Tina Nails down the street have 2 guys that will literally design your nails from whatever photo you like. These ladies are getting old if not already old and hoping that you don't give a damn about your nails as much as they don't about yours lol. Have a Happy Nail Day ladies!!!

I wish it was an opportunity to give this trash business zero stars. But for the sake of reviewing they will unfortunately get 1 star. I am so displeased with the service I received. I got my nails done on Saturday and Sunday they started to peel off. I went into the salon to get them repaired and no one wanted to help me. They kept speaking in their language and ignoring me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

This place charges me $100 for a color I said would not work. The nail tech rushed and didn't have me wash my hands or clean my nails. She cut me and gave me rushes services. Ana was the technician who did my nails. When I came back a few minutes she left. Then when I came back the next day she refused to change my color. They acted as if I was trying to get over on them. I've never been treated in such a way. I can not say all technicians are bad but none of them offered to fix the problem. This was very upsetting for something that could have been an easy fix turned into a whole mess.
