Sarah did such an outstanding job and my hair looked amazing when I left. I just read the reviews and wanted to say that Sarah has always been fair and does a phenomenal job on my hair. I have been going to her for almost 15 years and always walk out feeling gorgeous. People who don't own small businesses don't realize that they don't get to tell a business owner what they should pay. It's more than just product, it's time and overhead. Sounds like trying to get something for free. Anyway I highly recommend Sarah and her staff. Always done me right!

I honestly feel like I was overcharged $514.00 is a ridiculous amount of money and I didn't even get what I wanted. My keratin treatment sucked I didn't get my balayage which included bleaching my hair and getting the color I asked for. You put permanent purple hair dye on my hair. My hair is completely dark. This is by far the worst experience and worst hair salon ever. I had to leave that place unhappy twice because I knew you wouldn't do anything to fix it. If you couldn't achieve this color you should have been honest. I pretty much paid $514.00 for a keratin that sucked and toner plus a permanent dark purple hair. The only good thing that came from all of this was a root hair dye. I feel robbed and extremely tired with the time I spent there and unhappy twice. I need you to please refund me my money back because this was all a total nightmare. I'm not one to get angry and cause a seen that's why I left but you knew deeply that I wasn't at all pleased and now I have to find someone else another salon to give me what I want. I need my money back to start this journey over. I even bought a $39.00 product that did nothing for my hair. Only thing I should be paying for is a root hair dye and that product toy sold me. I didn't even get my hair blow dried yesterday to see the entire color I had to go home and do more work on my hair. This would have costed me less if I had done it myself but I'm not a hairdresser and yet I pay and still get robbed... I'm sorry but I'm not happy at all Sarah... This is for Sarah Lavoie "the owner" y'all please stay away from this place! It's a money pit!
