I don't usually leave reviews but I was so upset and hurt when I left this salon that I called my mom to let out my frustration before I was able to drive. I went in to get a pedicure and the whole time I felt so embarrassed and upset when I had no reason to feel that way. The lady acted so disgusted the whole time and her co worker kept coming to look at my nails and acting the same way. She also didn't give me a full pedicure. No lotion, no massage, no nothing. Just the cuticles and nail polish. Then when she was done she turned off the massage chair without saying a word and directed me to the drying station. I then left with wet nails because she walked up to me not even 5 minutes later and asked if I could pay. Then proceeded say she could take the card for me and bring it back. I declined because I don't feel comfortable handing my card to somebody who was so incredibly disrespectful. So I paid and left. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend.
We were in town for wedding dress shopping to get a manicure / pedicure.
Walked in and were asked to come back as they were short handed. BEST THING WE EVER DID WAS RETURN!
Two of us got pedicures and the staff couldn't have been more personable and very attentive to detail. My daughters got manicures and my
youngest that has been to many salons couldn't stop talking about her beautiful manicure for the price.
We plan on using them before my daughters wedding.
The cleanest place we have in Avon. They are friendly and actually talk to you - instead of each other. I am glad they are getting back to more staff since COVID. What everyone in town loves about this place is:
1) CLEAN - the whole place and the new packaged tools they use.
2) NO WAIT
3) FRIENDLY
4) FAIR PRICES
... and of course the neck massage !!

I'm giving two stars because they did a good job. However, in no way shape or form should a gel mani + pedi cost over $100! I am DUMBFOUNDED. Usually my nails don't even cost that much when I get the fancy new gel tips. This was basic mani bed with gel polish, no added tips. Idk how or why anyone is paying these prices.
Scheduled a much needed pedicure during these very unique times. Very comfortable with all the protocols put in place at Fancy Nails and had a relaxing experience with great looking results.
