the place is gorgeous but the service is awful. i had three people working on my nails when i usually have just one person doing my nails & toes. they didn't ask if i liked the design or if i was satisfied with the neutral base coat color for my french tips. i did french on my nails & toes, on both they drilled off the previous sets & left a ton of residue which was then shown through the base coat they gave me & my nails looked horrible with different drill patterns leftover from my last set. i've had them a week now & my nail just chipped, i did dip & mine usually last 3 weeks. they didn't offer water when we walked in or anything to drink.

I went to get my nails done today and after they were finished they told me that that their card reader was down. I do not have cash and I only use cashapp. I had to walk to the ATM to get cash and when that didn't work, I had to get someone else to Venmo the business. I am furious. I expect to get advance notice on things like this. Also the staff is quite unfriendly.

I love the space! It is really beautiful for a mani pedi place, and it is very clean.  Mixed reviews on the service though.  I've been and received a fantastic mani-pedi and have been and gotten a really lackluster service.  Pricing is on the higher end if you get more than just the basic, so this was unexpected. Would I go back? Yes, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Overall, the reviews regarding the interactions with the employees are pretty accurate.  We were there with a large group for a wedding.  The salon is beautiful so that is a positive.  There is a nice bar but as others mentioned, you are not offered a drink-alcoholic or otherwise.  This seems liked a wasted opportunity to upsell your guests-especially a large wedding party who is there celebrating.

All of us got manicures and pedicures-most got gel on their nails.  The lady who did my nails did not say one word to me the entire time.  In fact she sighed several times which made it even more uncomfortable.  She handed me the menu and I explained I just wanted a regular mani/pedi so she grabbed it from me and tossed it down. It was the most uncomfortable and painful mani/pedi I have ever received.  Everything she did was very aggressive and hard.  From filing my skin when filing the nails, yanking my hands and feet, cutting too much skin around my cuticles, even the "massage" of my feet and legs-it all HURT.  I tried to let her know some preferences a couple times regarding length and shape and she seemed very annoyed.  At one point she accidentally rubbed some polish off a nail while painting another and her reaction was very irritated.  She huffed, slammed down the polish bottle and yanked that finger back up to fix it. The manicure and pedicure job itself was ok-the polish held up for about a week.

The bride got very upset because she just wanted a regular manicure and not dip or gel and the lady doing her nails got very aggressive and pushy and would not just accept her wishes. She felt bullied. She ultimately just went with something that wasn't exactly what she wanted because she was so uncomfortable.

I will say there were several ladies and a gentleman that did seem pleasant.  The person who checked me out was very friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't paired with one of them.  I wish my experience was better because the environment is very nice and would be a fun spot to pamper myself or bring friends-but due to the service and painful experience I wont be returning or referring anyone there.  This place has a lot of potential if the staff would be more friendly and less pushy.

Absolutely awful!! I have been going to Adon for about 2 years and while they do an amazing job they are shiesty and shady and charge different prices every time I go even though I always get the same thing.  It doesn't matter they they have a price list, they don't abide by it all the time.  My nails are already in the stiletto shape and I get dip.  Even though my nails are already stiletto, they charge to make them stiletto- ridiculous but fine. Should be $41 for dip $5 for stiletto =$46... last time they charged my $51.  When I questioned the "manager" he said "what's the problem?" And then yelled at me in front of my daughter and everyone in the salon. Then he said it doesn't matter what the price list says, he get can charge whatever they want.  The same day, my daughter was getting her nails done.  Before she even started we asked her technician what the price is going to be for tips, dip and a design and he told us $62. When the "manager" rung it up, he said $72 and I told him that's not what we were told.  He called the technician up and asked the technician if it was 62 or 72 and the technician lied and he told us $72.  My daughter and I both said that was not what you told us, and then the "manager" said we should've asked what the price was before she did her nails.  I explained we did ask and he told us $62 and now he's changing the price.  The whole thing was so upsetting and it doesn't matter that my favorite person to do my nails is there, I will never go back because hie shady they are price wise and how he spoke to my daughter and I.
