0/5 stars, the absolute WORST pedicure I've ever received. The nail tech that I had (younger male) was clearly inexperienced- for example had no idea what the deluxe pedicure was, did not push cuticles before trimming and cut me, I had to ask for antibacterial solution to be applied to the bleeding site, completely skipped trimming nail and skin on lateral portions probably because he was too scared to cut me again; All the while the shop owner was performing someone else's pedicure next to me instructing my tech what steps he was forgetting. He left the "hot towels" on my legs for 15+ minutes to where I removed them myself due to being cold, etc. when brining this to the store owners attention and asking for a discount it was completely refuted. I called after leaving the nail salon to discuss with the manager about the awkwardness and poor service and he proceeded to argue with me. DONT WATSE YOUR TIME! I could have gone to a beauty school and gotten a better pedicure for 1/4th the price, ridiculous!

I came in yesterday for the first time for a dip manicure. My appointment was at 4:30 but I came in 15-20 minutes extra as I knew I needed my old dip color to be removed first. My service is typically very simple. I get dipping powder (1-2 solid colors) on my natural nails, and my nails require minimal shaping as I just prefer them squared off around the edges. I was in the salon for 55-60 minutes total, and my price ended up about $15 more than what I was quoted on the phone when making the appointment. My technician claimed this was because it "took him so long, over an hour, to do my nails". I find an hour is about an average time for a manicure. The nails are fine, minus the color that is on nearly all of my cuticles. My biggest reason for not returning was the attitude of my tech! He seemed annoyed with my nails and service the entire time.

I asked for a simple soak off for my dip nails. I stood at the front desk awkwardly waiting to be told where to go/sit when the manager without looking in my direction said "you'll have to sit and wait". I understand a soak off could be annoying and they won't make much money off of it, so I get why they wouldn't be too eager to start. At this point there were only 2 other customers in the building. I sat and waited for 10 minutes without any more acknowledgment and then left. This is the 2nd or 3rd bad experience I've had at this salon, I will not be returning.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! Asked for gel and got FIVE coats of dip. Then on top of that TWO coats of gel polish!!! Who the HECK thinks thats okay?? My nails are so thick I look like I'm straight from the Jersey Shore. So incredibly thick I can't even open anything. I had to go to the bathroom to keep myself from crying at how horrible they look. As the TikTok says, "I asked for the pastels, and they ended up like this"

Unsanitary. Will not return. I sat down for my manicure and the nail tech's tools were just laying on the desk like they'd been there all day and weren't a fresh set. I asked if those were clean and she said yes. Then after she had pushed my cuticles back she grabbed the trimmers and they still had the last person's skin in them!  She quickly "sanitized" them in front of me with a clear liquid I'm seriously hoping was rubbing alcohol.

I should've left then but I let her do them because I was with a friend who had already started her manicure. Now that they're done the paint isn't even all the way to the edge of my nail on the sides.

I will NEVER go back, completely unacceptable. SANITIZE YOUR TOOLS.
