Came in for a quick men's haircut before work, I thought the stylist was a bit...off but ignored any apprehension to give benefit of the doubt. This I came to regret as I can only assume your stylist was inebriated in some serious manner, my haircut, if you can call it that, was a chopped up uneven mess, that I will most likely end up just shaving off entirely now, my ear was knicked by her, she dropped a razor guard and just gave up on retrieving it I imagine because it would of belied her lack of balance. I rarely complain, but I'd rate this haircut below what a Marine Corps Boot camp Recruit would receive at initial processing.
I came in for a haircut and showed a picture of what I wanted. After it was finished, I asked for more layers and the owner/ manager was extremely rude to me and hacked at my hair telling me "I didn't know what I was wanting" until I finally just got up from the chair. I have gotten good haircuts at this location, but if you're looking for friendly service, go somewhere else.
I've recently started getting my hair care at this location. Being able to check in for appointment is a convenient timesaver. Everything is super clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming. I was especially pleased with service from Elvira today. She provided excellent service! My hair never looked better, and I left feeling great. Hope I can request her service every visit.
Request a shampoo and stylist replied that the owner said only hair cuts today because they were busy. There were only 2 people behind me and no one in the queue from online. With two stylists working that is only one waiting per. Busy? Plus the hair cut was just a straight across cut no style of any sort.
Angel was amazing and gave really helpful tips. They always get to you pretty fast. Angel is my new favorite stylist
