Nails & More South County Salon in St. Louis, MO

I'm not be to usually leave reviews but I'm honestly so disappointed. I rarely treat myself and I today I decided to do so, got a babysitter the whole nine. they were friendly when I walked in and the gentleman who did my pedicure was kind which is why I'm giving the extra star. i kid you not this is the worst pedicure I've ever had. my nails are all jagged he didn't file them well and didn't peel back any cuticles. the paint isn't even layered on all the way to the edge of the nail there is a spot with no polish. no scraping it pumice at all on my feet. I said something and his attitude changes and said "that's your toe I can't fix that" lol what?! anyway he did give me 15.00 off the service so that was nice but like I just wanted a good pedicure. super bummed- won't be returning.

I used to love this salon but it has gotten really bad.   No one ever comes to work on time.  Typically 1 employee working and I heard she left.    Customers walking out all the time.  No body answers the phone.   I went there for 7 years and they lost me as a customer

absolutely horrible - the lady that did my pedicure was very sweet and did a nice job ... the color was somewhat off when I asked if we should do a new color the male owner interrupted at YELLED at me saying that don't have time for this shit and said shut up and Jesus Christ. He was so rude and so disrespectful to me and in front of my daughter.

They also had an extremely inappropriate movie showing.

I was so uncomfortable and so was my daughter. Never ever ever waste your money here!

The women were very sweet but the man was absolutely awful.

I'm not one to leave a review for bad service, but the more I thought about the experience (that is a luxury and SUPPOSED to be relaxing) the more upset I am about it.  My lady didn't speak, smile or even apologize when she ripped the skin from my toe causing me to bleed OR when she took the electric file to the side of my toe and burned it (completely missing the callus)  and then she used acetone to prep the nails for polish, that felt amazing with an open cut! No apology for that either. Also know that their base pedi is $35 but when you sit in the chair they offer you some laminated papers to choose which pedi you want- these are upgrades. And a complete waste of money. Basically you're choosing what scented lotion you want.  The 30 second massage sucked.  She offered one set of polish colors when they have TONS (the man was kind enough to let us know that- he couldn't have been nicer) BIG waste of $48

The pedi was great but even after telling the girl I didn't want her to use the grinding tool on my nails she insisted and promised not to get into my nail beds. I have strong nails...however when I left there my nails were weak and three broke deep into the nail bed within three days. I will not go back for my manicures.
