I'm so sad-I really wanted to like this place My nail tech was very nice but my manicure experience was not good I did have sns nails which she had much trouble removing but the cnd shellac was applied poorly and after an hour has lifted at the free margins Before I left I had to have another coat on 4 nails on my left hand as these appeared streaky and did not match the right-Michelle accommodated my request but maybe my nails weren't cured long enough? I'm so disappointed as I could have went anywhere today to have my nails done for my special event I thought Acacia would offer better quality than the "walk in" types I actually had to place my own top coat here at home to try and seal the free edge lifts and am hoping it holds on I'm not happy

I really enjoyed my first time here! Gabby cut my hair and did a fantastic job. Despite the appointment being at 5:30pm, it didn't feel rushed. Gabby provided above and beyond service by also trying to problem solve an issue with my hair. She recommended solutions without pushing me to by salon products. I'll be back!

I showed up to get my blonde touched up and a hair cut. I was late (my fault I got the days mixed up) and asked if there was still time to do the blonde if not I was totally okay with getting a hair cut and rescheduling to get the blonde touched up. She assured me she had enough time to do the blonde and the hair cut. Usually I just get my roots bleached and then a retone as I tend to get pretty yellow and my hair is all one color usually. She starts doing foils which I questioned her about because usually they aren't done in my hair. She told me because I was late she wouldn't be able to do all the foils because there wasn't enough time. I was a little annoyed because one I never get foils done usually and two I asked if there was enough time before we began to get what I needed done. She told me it would still look good and because we already began I just decided to see it through. This was the first time I had been her client. When she finished there was so much yellow left in my hair in strips even in my bangs which I asked her to touch up at the end because I couldn't stand it. She did just the very front part and left me with a stripe right in my bangs. She did the hair cut and blew my hair out. I didn't love it but I didn't see how terrible it was until I got home. The color was awful (but I chalk that up to me being late I guess) and the hair cut was absurd. Layers on one side and not the other and the back was a disaster. We finished earlier than my time slot anyway but I was ready to run out of there. I threw my hair up in a bun before I even left the salon and promptly cried in my car. I have gone here for years and put up with their scheduling errors, their sometimes less than kind staff and more but this was the final straw. I'll never go back.

I got an amazing hair cut, but the next day i went back for a manicure and pedicure. It was the worst experience, my nails looked rough, nail polish all over my cuticle, when i asked the nail tech to clean it up she said "im sorry im not really good at painting nails". What does that even mean? IF you can't do a job then don't do it, especially when asking for a ridiculous price. will never get my nails done again.

Got a lip and eyebrow wax, on time, priced fairly. My esthetician was lovely. Will be back for a hair appointment in a few weeks! My eyebrows looks great!
