I arrived today, September 16 at 9:30 am. I was excited because I finally decided to restyle and get highlights. Iv walked up to the 20 ish year old girl at the counter and told her I was thinking of getting highlights. With a snotty time, she said, "we don't have time for that." No explanation, no suggestion of an appointment. I agreed to just her a cut. A my blood boiled hotter and hotter, I decided to walk out and go to New Generation's in Endicott. Learn customer service. You not only lost a lot of money, you lost a client!

My husband and I both received cuts at this location. First was okay, but the second cut, buy Annette (?) was wonderful. Both of us were very happy and we will both seek appointments with her for our next cuts.

My son had a haircut today by one of the beauticians at this location and Omgosh what a horrible job! She never cut the crown, took the hair around his ears about a half inch higher than it should've been, never trimmed his sideburns and the back of his hair is crooked! He asked her to even up the hair around his ears of which she screwed up. He didn't get her name but she had her hair dyed orange....honest to God, I wouldn't take my dog to her! She charged him $25 and I could've done a better job! Not going back there. EVER!!!

This is one of the nicer Cost Cutter locations in the area. Many of the ladies have been there awhile and are very good stylists. Walk ins are ok, and you can even get your eye brows done. It really doesn't matter who does your hair. They are all good.

This place is FILTHY! I'm only giving one start because I can't give zero. I literally went in, was seated on a salon chair that was covered in someone else's hair, a cape with someone else's hair all over it was placed on me, and then I looked at the counters and the tools covered in globs of hair. I asked for a new cape, but decided I didn't need my hair cut that badly and left. Never before and never again. I didn't get the girls name, but she was looked Asian with braces. I specifically asked her if the tools were cleaned between use.... obviously they were not. She didn't even offer to wash my hair. How do I know the person before me had clean hair? GROSS!! I usually go to a legit salon, but miss my last appointment and can't get in for two more weeks... guess I'm waiting. Woof Cost Cutters. Petsmart next door is cleaner!
