This the first negative review I've ever written but I wanted to warn others. I came here for a basic manicure, which overall was fine. However, in the process, the nail tech damaged the cuticle of three nails. It really hurt at the time and after I told her that she was more careful. Two days later though they're still very irritated and red. If you go here, please do not let them cut your cuticles. She didn't ask before she started cutting, so make sure to tell them in advance if you only want your cuticles pushed back (which I'd highly recommend).
I made an appt for my friend and I to have mani/pedis together. We sat in chairs next to each other. They started my friends pedi 20 min before mine. The water turned cold. I had to ask if someone was coming to do mine. Then they rushed through my pedi and did not scrub massage or even touch the dry spots on my feet. The pain on my ties and nails are blotchy and even has polish on my skin. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had an appointment for 12:30 for two people getting a gel manicure. When arrived only one person was able to be taken and they told me a few minutes. After an hour of waiting I still wasn't helped. People who had appointments at later times were taken before me. It isn't fair. I had an appointment for 2 people and only one was able to be helped? I ended up cancelling getting it for me. This place has the worst service.
This is my go to place for gel, regular or acrylic . The prices are the most reasonable, the staff is friendly and they are always clean and updating without being too over the top. Location is also great .
Freddy is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He stayed an hour late to finish my nails, and they look phenomenal. He is a wonderful human being and I will definitely be going back to him the next time I get my nails done. It was very well priced, and the staff was incredible. I walked in right before they closed and Freddy completely turned my day around. Thank you for the amazing service ABC!
