As the Director of Education for the Cezanne Perfect Finish Keratin Smoothing Treatment, I had the honor to meet Sharon, the owner, long ago. Not only is she a great stylist and an exceptional ambassador for our brand, out of the thousands of stylists I work with, she is the only stylist that I send my dearest and only sister to for her cuts and color. I can't give a better compliment than that. When you meet Sharon, you will not only love her talent, but you will want to know her forever.

I purchased a groupon for my daughter to have a keratin treatment at this salon and we were both looking for another salon since our previous hairdresser moved. I figured this would be a great way to get a feel for the salon. After the treatment was done (only took 1hour 15 min) and I went to pay because my daughter had her eyebrows done also so I was paying for that, the hairdresser came over and said there was a $25 extra charge for the length of my daughters hair. I signed a 3 page consent regarding the treatment before she had it done and at no time or nowhere in the consent was an extra charge for the length of her hair mentioned. I tipped the hairdresser $50 and the shampoo girl $10 so I don't feel I was being cheap just because I was using a groupon at the salon. The $25 extra charge should have been discussed prior to the service being provided

Found this salon on groupon and went in for a keratin treatment. I also needed to dye my hair. The stylist I usually go to told me to get the keratin done and later on the color. I asked the salon as to which order it should be done in and they ASSURED me to have the dye done first and then the keratin. They said the keratin they use "enhances" hair dye and doesn't strip. When they finished the dye job it looked fine. However after leaving the salon I noticed when in sunlight the dye had a yellowish green tint! I had plans the following night which made this scenario even worse. I was so ticked off at the fact they assured me their keratin treatment didnt strip color and here it made me look like one of the children of the damned! My cuzn actually called to complain and they offered to fix the dye. No thanks, I had someone else fix it instead. Beware of a lot of these salons on groupon--theirs a reason theyre on there LOL--crappy service. Not to mention the girl doing my hair kept switching off with another girl. And I think this girl was some kind of newbie. As she was doin the keratin she ended up getting hair in my eye and I had to run to the bathroom to wash out the burning keratin in my eye! These girls kept commenting how my hair was too thick too--like um sorry about that LOL. I definitely will never be going there again!

At first I loved this place and thought it was worth the 45 minute drive. I got a keratin treatment and spent three days petting my beautiful hair (because you can't wash it for 72 hours & doesn't your hair always look amazing right after they blow dry and flat iron it for you?). I was excited to wash my hair and see how it air dried. I was told it will have a little wave in it once it dries if I don't blow dry it. I am fine with a little wave, not fine with frizz. So I got out of the shower and let it dry and my hair was just as frizzy was before the treatment. I called the salon and was told she couldn't guarantee the keratin would work if I didn't buy their $20 shampoo and $20 conditioner. Seriously? I called a high end salon and was told my product was fine that my hair stylist doesn't know what she is talking about, that I need to avoid sulfates. Now I am going on vacation with worse hair then I started with and I am being told it's my fault because I didn't buy an extra $40 in product. I'll never go back here and never recommend them to anyone else. The proper thing to do would be give a refund to the woman who is hysterically crying on the other line not tell them it's their fault!! Thanks ruining my hair before my special event!!!
