I walked into AA Nails today, without an appointmenT, requesting a manic and pedicure. I was shown to a seat for a pedicure and given a collection of polishes to make a selection. The technician checked on the water temperature and gave me a bottle of water as she set up her sterilized tools. This was not unusual, but has been my experience each time I go to this shop. It is always clean and organized. The staff is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable.
Tammy is the best.... Went in last minute like 20 minutes before they closed and she still took me in...... the guy and another lady welcomed me in and everyone's customer service was great. I got a ombré pink and white powder they look awesome!!!
Well.... My experience was just terrible. The guy who was doing my nails was so aggressive with me . Also got mad when I asked him to fix it . Literally 0-10 do not recommend
My sister and I ONLY come here to get our eyebrows done. I haven't gotten my nails done here but they're always quick with servicing us and we always leave looking great. I literally drive 20-30 minutes out here just for the guy to do my eyebrows.
I went there last Friday because my usual place was busy. I spent two and half hours there because the rude lady was slow and multitasking. She did a horrible job on my nails. Went on to tell me that where I went last did a bad job and that she was just trying to fix it. That was not true. Besides doing a terrible job, she had a terrible Attitude the whole time.
