I arrived ten minutes early for my 10:00 am appointment. I was told by a front desk person that she would tell my stylist I was there. About twenty minutes later, a different person came up to tell me my stylist was not there and would not be arriving for awhile. She lied about having tried to contact me earlier in the day, and she lied about not having my correct number in their system. I have been getting my hair cut here for about 8 years, so this was a very odd statement.

I asked why I wasn't told earlier, and the lady asked me to repeat myself. She did this again a second time, then a third. When I spoke louder, she gave me a rotten look and said, "Well."  

I later received a text message from my stylist saying she did not appreciate that I yelled at their staff. The odd thing about this message is not that I was accused of something that did not happen; the odd thing is the mere fact that my stylist sent me a text message after the lady lied to me earlier about not having my correct number in their system.

It was obviously someone lying to try and smooth things over, but she never needed to lie. I was fine and would have come back at a different time, I understand things happen. But when the lady lied, and lied again, i was quite surprised. To then be texted at the number they claimed not to have was astonishing.

Basically, a lady at this salon lied to me about a simple mix-up, then lied about me, an almost decade-long customer.

Make sure you are early for ALL of your appointments. The salon double books all of their appointments, so they do 2 people at the same time. If you are a few minutes late, they will not see you! I will not be going back.
