I took my four girls and my granddaughter to get pedicures and manicures, 5 of us got a full set of nails. My daughter who got a a full set an a pedicure was cut on her big toe and was cut on her index finger and both got infected and she ended up going to the doctors for it. Would not recommend.
Always a nice experience! I got gel for the first time today and it was beautiful! Also bonus for no down time with nails that I always mess up with regular polish!
AMAZING!! I love this place so much! All the employees are so sweet and kind. They make you feel like you matter. I absolutely loved my nails when they were done. The before and after results were mind boggling! Highly recommend coming here! I never leave without giving them a tip!
Still great service with a few changes. Sophia is still not back. Left due to covid shut down in March 2020, possibility to return summer 2021. Strictly by appt only with shorter hours, times change depending on how busy they are. Come alone. No one not receiving services should be coming in. Prices went up (a $5 increase alone for a manicure). Inquire when you book so there isn't awkwardness at check out. Only 2 employees currently with the plan to hire more after covid. Girl at #2 I feel doesn't give a decent manicure and I won't go to her again. My friend however schedules pedis with her and is always happy with her service. Sophia is my favorite however in her absence Tina provides my services. Still prefer Sophia but no complaints about Tina (at station #1). You won't learn their names unless you ask. Overall the experience is tranquil and relaxing. According to Tina some supplies have been hard to acquire. Better to know to pick a back up than not.
I love this place. I have hopped around at a ton of salons, never finding one where I can relax and know they're taking their time. Until I found this salon! I go every 2 weeks and spend over $100 on getting a pedicure and a fill in. I have never left unhappy. My gel manicure got messed up because of my own error and they happily fixed it for free and told me to come back anytime something needs fixed. I am not a big talker either so it's very nice that I can just sit there with my eyes closed and enjoying the massage. Beautiful service and wonderful employees. I don't think I'll every try put another salon again.
