If I could give 10 stars I would. I was here in Lacrosse this past December and got my hair done and loved it. I found out I was coming back at the beginning of the year so I knew I had to call Adrienne again to bring back my blonde. She is amazing, takes her time and makes sure your in love with your hair before you leave. I wish I could take her back to Georgia with me. I'm in LOVE with my hair and I'm very hard to please. Lol. Also the staff are all so sweet. They were so sweet to me as soon as I walked in the salon. I hope I get to come back again.
I am very disappointed with my recent appointment with 3rd street Gallery. I haven't colored my hair in years and wanted to treat myself. After a friend recommended the salon I called and was booked with Lexi for full highlights, i was so excited! I was initially was put off by my first impression by the stylists cold demeanor, i brushed it off . i showed her a picture of what i was looking for, the results weren't even close. I ended up with yellow brassy highlights not pretty white blonde. I vocalized my concern and was treated like i was a bother to her. She had another appointment booked after mine And we would have to book another appointment to correct the color 3 weeks out?!?! I overheard her speaking to Katie (possibly manager) about the situation and heard them commenting on my choice of outfit. All i wanted was some relaxing me time, not judgement and i had to pay money for it lol. Needless to say i didn't return.
Love this place. L gives you the best haircuts and colors. The location is beautiful. And the girls are fun....
I have to admit I did get lost finding this place it's on the corner of 3rd and Vine St. But once I was inside it is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. My stylist was Terry S. She is a fantastic stylist! The Color and cut she performed on me was beautiful! I will definitely be back!
I can't say enough about the service, staff and environment of 3rd Street Hair Gallery! Everyone is fun, friendly, efficient and great with color/cuts/styling! Any time I want a change, I know it'll be exactly how I described and exactly what I wanted. My stylist, Kim, is always willing to try new things with me and push the envelope when it comes to my hair. As a customer of the 'old' salon (2nd Street Hair Gallery), I can truly say their new digs are gorgeous! So calming, spacious and stylish! My family and I will be forever customers!
