Your average Asian nail salon, always get gel polish if you don't want your paint to chip. Wouldn't recommend getting acrylic nails here or any salon - just look up a nail tech on instagram because all salon experiences are the same. Only come for basic color gel mani pedi. They don't do complicated designs so don't expect it. But for something simple it's perfect. Place is very clean.
If I could give this place a "0" star I would. I got my nails filled on a Saturday and they were completely chipped by Monday (shame on me because this was the second time this happened!). I even used nail glue to glue down the big flakes of polish. Due to a busy work week, I went in Wednesday after work (4 days post getting nails done); I was there at 7:30pm to explain what happened and they would not take me because they close at 8pm. I asked if they could just fix the 3 very chipped nails and they proceeded to tell me to come back in the morning (although this is not the point, but we are leaving for vacation in the early morning). I asked for a gift card to redeem next time I came in and they said, "no." I will never go back again. Horrible customer service and obviously old/cheap product. And although this is petty, I was never a fan of the vibe; it was always a place of convenience for me. But their is no ambiance - other than the complimentary "Cooks"Champagne --- if your into getting headaches.
Such a terrible decision coming here they were all rude to me and my mom we wanted to try and new place out so we came here but never coming back again they were very racist to us.
ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I have been coming here for years myself but in the last year and a half I've brought along my grandmother who was diagnosed with dementia. everything here has went well and they know her and always ask about her even when she doesn't come along with me. They ask about her health and such. so I honestly thought it was a great experience coming to this place. But my final time coming I brought my grandmother set her up with color to get a manicure pedicure when they sat her in her chair they asked what she was doing and I told her a manicure pedicure this time. I left for 15 minutes to for the first time since bringing her there because I thought what could go wrong. At the end I went to pay and I found out they had a charged me for a a bunch of services that i never asked for when I was there, and so I had to pay for it all because they started becoming hysterical. When I said it I did not agree to any of the the charges or services prior to leaving my grandmother with them. She has dementia and doesn't even remember any of the services so I can't even actually vouch for them. Neither should they have a charged her for things that they've never asked her for prior in the years that she's been coming here, I'll never forget this experience, and I will never come back again. But hey I'm to blame for coming here.
Lovely experience! I got a pedicure here in July for the first time and really enjoyed myself. Today I had Ivy taking care of my pedicure and she was wonderful. I got the honey & cinnamon pedicure which smelled great and the scrub and mud treatments were so nice. Also, the massage chairs are EPIC. I was looking for a way to treat myself and I now feel fully satisfied!!!
