I have to say, if you're thinking about coming her, don't hesitate. You will be met with some of the most compassionate, caring, considerate and classy ladies to ever work on your hair. I have had numerous times at past salons that my hair was deemed "too think" "too dark" to do anything to. Last salon experience I had before this, 2/3rds of my hair was burnt off from a bleach job to put color in. My hair is medium-dark brown, and i was appalled. I was terrified to have someone touch my hair again. I took the chance with Justina, one I wasn't too sure about, and she took my fears and made them comforts. She educated me through our whole process, continues to check up on my comfort through my bleaching, and time and time again continues to give me vibrant, LONG LASTING dyes. I usually stick to bold colors- something I was told before to never stick to since they will never lay how I want them to. Meanwhile, Justina everytime is able to make my idea come to life, she is responsible, respectful and so beyond attentive to details its insane. Every time I make an appointment with then Im definitely excited and looking forward to it. The whole office is beautiful, clean, organized, the chairs and tools always nice and fresh for the next client. Saying this place is amazing is a COMPLETE UNDERSTATEMENT. Justina gave me back my confidence to do my hair how I want it- and I will never be able to thank her enough from that. I recommended this place to EVERYONE who asks about my hair, its really unmatched and stands alone in gold standards for client treatment. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Justina, her whole wonderful and beautiful team every time for making my visions come to life(even better than i expected everytime!). Remember that hair is never 100% going to look how exactly you want it, but Justina goes above and beyond in asking what you want/how you want it and makes adjustments for each client. I hope to stay with these girls forever, I dont think anywhere else would take such good care of me and my hair. Dont walk, run to this place! They will change your entire opinion of professional hair salons!!!!

Justina was fantastic! I am happy to say I found my new salon home after losing my long time stylist to retirement. Justina was warm and very attentive to listening to what I wanted. Michelle gives an excellent scalp massage during the shampoo! The ambiance was also very nice and location convenient. The whole experience was easy and I left with exactly what I asked for. This took going to 5-6 different salons over the last three years to achieve so I am thrilled. Highly recommend to others.

Waited a few weeks to review to stay anonymous, went in to get a trim of about 5 inches - young girl who cut my hair decided to do a full 10 inches. On top of that I asked for layers, instead she did blunt cuts that were so screwed up I had to make a new appointment with my own stylists in Manhattan. I knew there was something wrong when she said she was all done after only spending 15 minutes on my hair. My salon called Dramatics on 34th spends at least 1-2 hours on my layered cut. I almost laughed when I left the salon because the girl had me looking like professor Snape from Harry Potter. Oh well, I'm not into making a scene so I just smiled, paid my bill and left without tipping. Unless you have a specific stylist you work with - do not come in here blindly. Wanted to try a new place since I'm always in the area but it was a big mistake. I'm sure they're good at something but I just didn't have that experience I expected from a salon with all this luxury decor. Looks can definitely be deceiving! Try at your own risk and good luck.

I did a walk in. Rip off. I was a full out blonde. I asked them to tone down my blonde hair, but still wanted to stay blonde. After being there for 2-3 hours as the lady washes my hair, I noticed my hair was darker than what I Initially asked for.I got a haircut and blowout too.......... Once done, Out of the nowhere they charged me $450 dollars! I went from blonde to brunette- not the other way around. I told the hairstylist that my hair was way way too dark, I wanted to stay blonde and not all the way brunette. She was like " 0hhhh don't worry, it would light up within days" days passed my hair started to turn grey! After 6 months or so, my hair is no longer growing or as healthy it used to be. Very dissatisfied and Extremely overpriced. Do not recommend.

Nice salon . The girls working here are friendly. I like that they use Orbie hair products. I got a haircut twice here. The haircut quality is fine. However, I am not impressed with the blow outs I got after my haircut. I left with flat frizzy hair. The girl didn't even offer to curl the hair.
