Tips & Toes Fashion in Patchogue, NY

Don't even bother if ur not Spanish. My husband and I went to Tips & Toes Fashion. They made us feel really uncomfortable. Also No word of English at all. Super slow. Took forever and my husband just ended his pedi early. It was over an hour and they weren't even done w mine. I made an appointment for 2 pedis. They only had 1 girl available and my husband had to wait over 30 mins. His feet were just sitting in the water. We both went bc we were going on vacation.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures and from the jump they made me feel so uncomfortable. They were repetitively laughing and directing attention towards me. I had acrylic on my big toe from a different salon and I ended up having a greenie which isn't contagious or a fungus. (Mind you I'm a licensed nail tech, I just like to be pampered sometimes.) The lady doing my toes tells me it's a fungus but continues to do my service??? First red flag. They then are crowding around me watching , LAUGHING and speaking Spanish talking about me. The owner of the salon calls me over to her table and says "her drill is broken come here so I can get the acrylic off" and then proceeds to tell the lady that was doing my toes to go outside to her car in Spanish (I only know a little Spanish). She comes back in and goes to the bathroom and then comes back over to me again crowding around and laughing but this time she hands the owner something. I feel something wet on my toe and think maybe it's alcohol? WRONG. THEY PUT BLEACH ON MY SKIN AND TOE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING!!!!!! And then start laughing again!!!!!!! I left after that. I could not believe my nail tech eyes. I've never seen something like this in my life. AVOID THIS PLACE! THEYRE WILLING TO SERVICE CLIENTS WITH "FUNGUS" AND DONT HAVE LICENSES!

This salon lacks the experienced nail techs needed to complete a service in a proper and timely manner. Salon is not the cleanest either. I treated myself and my daughter to a pedicure. It took the nail tech over an hour to remove shellac polish from a previous pedicure elsewhere while she sanded the top layer of my daughters nails off. We stopped the pedicure before she could polish. Had enough. My technician was ok with potential as she becomes more experienced. Neither girl was ready to be on the floor servicing customers...This from a nail tech of over 35 years.

don't bother making an appointment , because whoever walks in they take first .. Owner acts like she's doing YOU a favor , buuut she does good work so pick your poison I guess

I made an appointment 2 days in advance when I get there the tech is in there middle of a manicure she tells me to come back in 10 mins there's no way she'll have her nails done in that time but I do and waited 45 minutes and they still didn't get to me. Making an appointment obviously doesn't mean a thing. Went to Ruby Spa in Medford and was accomated immediately!
