2000 Nails in Yucaipa, CA

very dissatisfied with my service. i paid $70 for them to glue on press ons. polish started peeling two weeks later.

I went today with me and my daughter. I wanted to try the gel X but to me the ones she put on me feel like press on nails. I don't know how I feel about them. Then I had her husband fix my daughters nails only he made them worse don't get me wrong he was very nice. I don't think I will be going back I was expecting them to get painted not to just put them on and that was it

2000 Nails is the best nail salon in the area. I've been here 3 times now and plan to keep coming back. If you're local, I recommend stopping by to see how busy it is instead of making an appointment. Even if there is a bit of a wait, they always take care of me :)

My aunt and I needed to get our nails done and we went to 2000 nails. They did my nails really well. I needed a fill and without any direction, she fixed everything I hated about the last ones. It's just her, her husband, and one other worker who was not there today. My nails came out amazing and they were so kind. But there was this woman there who was hating. She said, "Your husband usually does a good job but he did really bad this time. Thanks bye." and stormed out of the salon. 10 minutes later, she called and said (pardon my language) "I just wanna let you know you guys did a shit job on my nails. Bye." and hung up. The owner took it really well and just said that if she ever comes back, she will do something about her. They are a strong family with an amazing business. And this is coming from a 17 year old.

My Grand daughter brought me here for a Grandma, Grand daughter pedicure, manicure we arrived around 5 pm that day with what we found out to be her husband finishing up a customer. He treated me first with my Grand daughter telling him give us please both the works 65.00 pedicure . I have had many before this but this is our first time here. He didn't scrub my feet nor totally get my feet not clean yes the works included peddle rocks wax and gell paint, what a hot wax mess ECT. Then his wife my manicure no acrylic no nothing but a regular manicure with gel nail polish. She was very unpleasant, was very aggravated as the hours went by that he was mopping the floor and not behind things where it was dirty and the waste baskets were very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty. The window seals were dirty. I can go on. Needless to say then it was my granddaughter's turn and my granddaughter have the acrylics done with the very pointy what I call cat claws done and she was very more unpleasant in rude to my granddaughter because now her husband had to go home and get their dinner started. Well, it wasn't our fault that they took so long and I didn't even know why she even bothered. When I was done she went into my granddaughter's as I was saying mumbling under her breath things. My granddaughter has tattoos and she also is a very pretty girl. She's Filipino and Caucasian the woman I kept saying to her. What did you say? And she would say things under her breath and beating the knees which I find very rude. If you're in a place of work, please talk English because here in America we are stuck speaking English because we can't under our breath but different language to say or about you or what was going on and then we get done. Like I said she charged $65 each for the pedicure which was awful. Then she charged 35 for my nails. But then again she says she added on $15 more because she said she added more acrylic on it or some kind of a gel protection. I said I didn't ask for that. Overall my daughter left paying over 200.00 . What I thought to be something special with my granddaughter, turned out to be in all a dirty place bathroom seals I even tried too clean them and old dried towels on a table bed... and WE LIVE IN GREAT US SO PLEASE SPEAK OUR ENGLISH IN FRONT OF US, AND UNDERSTAND WE PICKED YOUR PLACE OUT OF RANDOM NEVER AGAIN, WE YOU CAN SEE WE ARE HEALING FROM THE LOSS OF GER MOM AND MY DAUGHTER AND HER BABY . I PRAY YOU LEARN TO KNOW TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WITH COMPASSION AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT PERSON GOING THROUGH . AND YOUR BUSINESS IS TOO BRING BEAUTY AND COMFORT, NOT WHAT WE WENT THROUGH ... SO ALL THUMBS DOWN ON NAILS 2000.
