Very small place, very cute. Was helped as soon as I walked in and everyone here was very nice. I booked an appointment with Ty and he was very nice and soft spoken which really helped my anxiety. He made sure to check in with me to make sure he was understanding what i wanted and as a result I got a fresh new cut.
What a lovely place. I have been spending way too much money on the name salons for 15 years. The pandemic changed things for me. Started with a cut and style and will be back in 3 weeks for color services. The cut price was perfect and allowed me to tip extra directly to the amazing Meredith!
Last Friday was my first time going to 1820 Collective and it definitely won't be my last. Lisa was my stylist and it was my first time meeting her. Lisa was very, VERY attentive to my needs and all I can say are good things! We had a miscommunication on what I wanted originally and she handled it with grace and skill. She's very friendly and easy to talk to about pretty much anything, so you won't have to have an awkward silence while you're getting your hair done. I got my rather long hair cut into long layers, trimmed, thinned out, lifted (bleached) and colored. My hair feels so much lighter now that Lisa thinned it out. My neck used to hurt sometimes because my hair was so thick/heavy and I don't have that problem now, which is a relief. Lisa colored the bleached parts of my hair a gorgeous teal/green color, and I love it! She did what I wanted done with my hair, not what she wanted, which is a good thing to find in a stylist, and it's been hard for me to find in the past. I will definitely be going back as I was blown away by both Lisa's professionalism and performance. You will not regret going to this salon, I promise!
Another great experience! I wanted to change my style. I booked with Lisa. She listened to what I wanted and added her own creative spin. I really like the result! She was also able to "fix" my COVID at home bang cut. I don't know how she made them look longer!? Magic!
