It was my best friends birthday so we decided to go to the salon and her nails were super cute I was told for a pedicure I would be paying 38$ so I was like okay then I waited forever to get someone to do my pedicure which I didn't mind but then they lady comes over and starts my pedicure and hurt me multiple times and then does my nails gel without telling me and then when she was finished she told me it would be extra but didn't tell me how much. I go up to pay and they charged me $60 to do a pedicure. I was like okay whatever it pissed me off but I wasn't gonna cause a scene but then my toes where hurting so when I got home I checked it out and this is what I found. (The pictures) I have gone here 4 times in my life and everytime besides once they have fucked up something. I don't pay my hard earned money to be disappointed or hurt so I don't not recommend going here at all. THE ONLY GOOD PERSON IS THEY GUY WITH GLASSES IM PRETTY SURE HIS NAME IS BENNY.
I walked in to get a full set & pedicure, signed in and an employee came up to me & asked if I had an appointment. I told him no, and he looked me up & down said there wasn't any availability until Friday. I told him I am only in town for today, he shrugged his shoulders and said they had no availability. So I left. Got back home and called to see if there was any availability today l, he scheduled me for 4:15 TODAY... unacceptable customer service is an understatement. Needless to say, I will not be showing up to the appointment nor will I ever patronize their business again.
Horrible pedicure. Looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. Uneven, streaky and just horrible. When I asked him why they looked so bad, he said they were fine. Really??!?. My gel manicure looks awful and is peeling after 4 days.
I have been to this nail salon for 2 months now, and they have great service. I have had 3 different technicians for acrylic sets, and every time my nails look amazing. I fully recommend.
Perfect 10?? I think not! This was the worst set of nails I've ever had! They began breaking on the second week! I had to travel to Florida for a death in the family and was unable to return before I had to finally remove them. The guy that did my nails filed so hard on the side of my thumb he cUt me! This place is a joke and I will never go again! Save your money for something better!
