Apparently you need an appointment suddenly. Been going there for 5 years even during corona and this was never a rule. Now all of a sudden I get there and there's a sign on the door. So sad. Ended up going to the place down the street. I'll be going there from now on.
I decided to go here for a pedicure, realized they didn't take my temp they were able to provide me with sanitizer even though they allowed a customer to sit and get a manicure with out a mask on while she talked on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place. You would think with COVID going on they would handle their business properly.
I wouldn't even rate this place with a star but in order to inform others of this & warn of their services. Please be careful where you go during this time.
Van and her staff are very professional and do wonderful manicures and pedicures. The salon is very clean and I feel safe going there. The prices are competitive. You will not be disappointed.
I went to this salon to get a basic pedicure and basic acrylic full set. I ended up leaving spending $100!! I have never left a salon spending that much especially because I don't do anything fancy to my nails, no design, gems or jewels. My nail tech never mentioned any prices or up charges and they aren't posted anywhere in the salon. I was very disappointed in the way my total was sprung up on me as well as the fact that they are completely overcharging, considering she didn't do any special work to my nails. Even when I asked to see where their prices are posted no one could tell or show me anything. I probably won't come back to this salon which is very unfortunate.
