Place has gotten way better. Fast. Efficient. Good cut. Highly suggest this place. They even have late weekend hours.

This review is regarding the great clip app. The estimated time is way off. The factors that determine the time are not considered for the particular store. The number of stylists has a huge impact. I want to be considerate of the shop. However at this point I will never rely on the app as to when to be at the shop.

They did another phenomenal job on my pixie cut! I have spent hundreds of dollars throughout the years on getting my haircut just right only to walk out disappointed. Time was taken and my stylist got a 100% tip. She was professional knowledgeable and really invested in the quality of her work. I will continue to go back to this location despite the abysmal ratings. I've never had a bad haircut from this location only amazing quality!

Horrible. Rude from the get go I should have even scheduled an appointment. Asked if they did "toddler cuts" me know it takes patience lady said "WE DO EVERYTHING" obviously not. sat down with my son in my lap and she asked what kind of cut he wanted I said just a little boys trim and she said "well what does that mean to you" she cut his bangs, proceeded to go around his ears... obviosuly a child, he looked at the lady behind us with a blow dryer and she said I can't do it sorry. completely humiliating and a waste of time.

I've been getting my haircut at this location for more than 10 years now, but honestly, I think I need to find some place else. It used to be that I could go here and 100% of the time walk away with exactly the cut I was looking for. And although it pains me to say (as the staff is always friendly and kind), this place has gone downhill fast over the last two two years. My hair is extremely simple and quick to cut. And although I've never walked away with an outright "terrible" haircut here, the last half dozen times I've gotten home and realized that it's not what it used to be. I find myself with uneven sideburns, weird high-cuts around my ears, really bad fading from the sides to the top, and lots of stuff like that. Luckily I don't put much stock in what my hair looks like, but it would be nice to go back to the days when I could walk out of there looking my best instead of walking out of there and realizing that it's going to take a couple weeks of hair growth for me to feel like it looks acceptable again. Like I said, I don't like leaving a bad review here, as the staff is pretty kind and normally seem to be trying their best, but I guess this location just doesn't hire the caliber stylists that they used to 10 years ago. I should also note that the Great Clips on the other side of town is exceptionally terrible! Don't go there as an alternative, like I did once. The lady who cut my hair there spent most of her time trying to get a tip by feeding me a sob story about how terrible her life has been for the last ten years while she proceeded to slaughter my hair to the point where I had to wear a hat for a few weeks whenever I was in public. I feel obligated to say that I did tip still, but it wasn't for her sob story; it was because I know that GC underpays their employees. Anyways, all this is to say that if I return to GC, it'll be out of desperation and convenience, and I know I'll be walking away with a messed up haircut. But if that's your thing, then this is the place for you. Maybe I just need to go back to shaving my head again ‍
