I was looking forward to having a pedicure prior to my upcoming surgery. Unfortunately, the man who did the pedicure was not interested in making certain the cuticles were cleaned up so that the polish did not blend onto the edge of the toes. When I requested additional care, he removed the polish on one toe. Another technician removed all of the polish from all my toes and charged me $30. After going there for 5 years, that is the end of my visits. Poor customer service, quality.
Wow... don't waste your time here. Poor quality, rude and they don't know how to clean up a shop! I'll never waste time or money here again! I've heard rumors one of the best nail techs in AZ is looking to open a shop this summer in Flagstaff and I can't wait! She has a shop in Sedona now too. Let's all keep our fingers crossed since there is no good place anywhere in Flagstaff.

If you go in for a "basic" pedicure, don't expect much. I feel like they spend NO time or care on you if you just go in and drop $30 on a basic. Getting worse and worse service, the longer they stay in business. Quality and care was WAY better a year ago...
I've been coming here for three years and the service does not disappoint. Ask for Fannie to do your nails as she is super personable. I would recommend coming here in Flagstaff to anyone!
