I've been going to Abe for 31 years. Besides having to cut it myself a few times he's the only person I'll let cut my hair. He's good with kids very patient i remember how he was with me because 30 years ago I was one of those kids that wouldn't sit still he's a great person and an amazing barber.
Trash barbers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They literally have an old barber that doesn't know how to cut peoples hair. I asked for a mix fade and I basically got a high zero all around my head. There was no fade, and the first barber left me with a patches all over my head and the second barber fixed by just doing a zero all around. Worst barbers in Simi Valley and even worst customer servers.
This is a really good barber place, it's just perfect, whenever I need a haircut I come to this place and it just makes my day better and my hair better, I would highly recommend coming here.
Been going to Mountain Gate Barber shop since 1980 Abe is a great barber would not go anywhere else
Honestly I don't leave bad reviews but after the fact I asked the man three times if he knew how to do a taper I asked him three times and he said yes it looks like he literally just cut a chunk out of the side of my head it looks patchy and he called it a taper honestly I would never come back here really old barbershop and now I have go to another barbershop to get my hair fixed I could've went to Supercuts and guarantee they would've made that 10 times better and I don't even like super cuts
