Zoom Tan - Tanning Salon in Depew, NY

People are great, place very clean, I was only paying 22$ a month, was considered grandfather inn. The company as of April is now charging everyone 39$ a month plus taxes is now costing me 42$ a month for the same as I was paying 22$ a month, it's ridiculous. So as of May I decided to leave Zoom ran and I'm going back to planet fitness for 24$ a month, I know I'm not alone. I will miss everyone

I've been a few times to get a feel before I gave a review its quick easy place is clean and people are friendly not much for decor but your there to tan the booths are easy to operate they didn't have to explain it was easy now my tan is coming along nicely I have a few weeks to go I'm satisfied will try again

I have been a Zoom Tan member for a few years now. I got in on a great promo deal, ($9.99 mo. for unlimited UV tanning, up to 6 minutes per session), and definitely get my money's worth. A few minutes a couple times a week is more than enough to crisp my pasty Polish body to a nice, mellow glow. The bulbs are strong at Zoom Tan, so it doesn't take long to get a good glow going. :-) I just started coming to this location, which is now the most convenient for me. It is in a strip mall plaza, with plenty of parking. This is a small location, with a smaller lobby and tight UV tanning rooms. That is okay with me though, I'm in and out quickly, so what more do I need. The staff here so far has been very friendly and attentive. I can tell they are smiling under their masks. ;-) During these pandemic times, all social-distancing and sanitation guidelines appear to be in place. When checking in, you can choose to scan your fingerprint or your license, whatever is more comfortable for you. So far, so good for me at this Zoom Tan. I'll be back in again to cook myself soon! :-D

I used to be a loyal total tan member, now zoom seeing they took them over. $19.99 for UV up to 9 minutes unlimited a month; I use it regularly and feel it's a fair price. The customer service is garbage. Employees are rude and could care less about you. Attitude, no small talk ever. I feel like an inconvenience coming in. Definitely the hottest/warmest location. I feel like I'm gonna overheat by the time I leave. I enjoy their beds, prices and cleanliness. Also multiple locations convenient for me. One near home and one near my school. 3 stars to even out pros and cons.

I went to zoom tan yesterday and I will never go back. I have never been to a tanning salon who makes you buy a day or a month. I wanted a level 3 and the only way to do that is to buy a month for $50 when I only need a week. What happened to just buying a week?! So I settled for a level 4 booth, went to pay and they don't take cash!!! Who doesn't take care nowadays?! They give you next week to no options and on top of it don't take cash.
