Well,Let me start by saying I have pretty much been tanning at zoom tan since they opened in Auburn on Clark St. That salon has since closed. I understand that they are renovating (slowly). But how difficult is it to hang some hooks up? Lately every time I go into a room - no place to hang my clothes! So have to hang my coat on the door- which means it is touching the floor, then fold my clothes and try to fit them on that little wooden shelf hanging on the wall. Wrinkled clothes- thanks. Geez you guys- get it together! Your customers spend a lot of money for your services- spend a little time making it a great experience for them. Don't think it's gonna break the bank !
I have recently moved to Auburn NY and have found this Zoom Tan to terrible as far as replacing the bulbs in their stand up tanning beds. It has been very hard to get or maintain a tan. I have been pleased with Zoom Tan in the past back in my home town of Rome NY, but definitely not here. Hopefully things will change.
