I made reservations about three weeks in advance, October 13, 2022. It was a 5:30 pm reservation after I got out of work. I was leaving the next morning for my daughters wedding that was out of town. When I arrived the place looked pretty busy and I went to the front desk and told them that I had reservations at 5:30 and they started chatting in their language that they do to one another. A woman said we don't have you down. I said how can that be I called the guy said "ok." She said it isn't down here and again a bunch of chatting back and forth to one another and they left me standing there. I asked are you going to take me. She said no, sorry. She said come tomorrow. I said I can't I'm going out of town and it is my daughters wedding that is why I made a reservation. I was frantic trying to find a place. Mail Master across the street from these bozos took me and were wonderful. I did call LV nails and told them what kind of predicament they left me in and all they said was sorry. I told them they would be getting a very bad review from me. The woman on the phone did not seem to care. Apparently when you call to make reservations they do not put anything down and just figure they will wing it that day and if they can't fit you in oh well!! It was a fella that answered that day too. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nail Master is the place to go with great customer service.

Went there and the guy did them. Horrible job. Didn't even ask me what shape I was getting my acrylics. He just went and did his own thing. The gel is really goopy and layered on. Some of my nails aren't straight lined on the bottom. Gel underneath the nails from too much put on. Never going back there again.

Absolutely terrible. I usually don't go here to get my nails done, but my friend wanted me to go with her and wanted to go here. When I was seated, I was disgusted by how dirty everything was. The towel in front of me had clearly been used over and over again, with previous nail clippings and random goop rubbed on it. On top of that, my gel nails looked terrible. The paint was all over the sides of my nails and started to peel off later on in the day, peeling off the polish on my nails along with it. Usually my gel manicures last about 2 weeks without chipping, and my polish was chipped horribly within 2 days after coming here. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
