Felt very rushed, not worth the price for the quality of the work. Manicurist made me feel very inconvenienced for pointing out spots where she rushed and didn't paint properly. I went in for a basic manicure hoping I'd enjoy the experience as I've never gotten my nails done before, and left thinking I would've been better off if I had gone elsewhere or did them at home. I don't think I'll be coming back
I have never felt so unwanted and like I have inconvenienced a company like I was made to feel today. This place is opened until 6:00 pm on sundays and I walked in at 5:10....just wanted a pedicure and a basic manicure. The woman with the pony tail & leopard top must've been the owner along with her husband..huffing and puffing and acting put out (by this time I'm in) the man starts rushing through my manicure, I couldn't even tell you what he did it was so fast but my cuticles look better. As for the PEDICURE it was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. she asked what kind I wanted and how I wanted it. I told her 3 times the peppermint pedicure and to not be afraid to use her muscles when massaging my legs and feet...I don't know what she used and my massage was just rubbing my legs like when you put lotion on...$73 for all this and honestly wasn't worth one dollar. Also, they must have shut the A/C off because by the time I left, I was wet all down my the back of my hair, back, butt, & legs!!!
I think most people need to remember that this is a smaller business with limited amount of people with quality services. The cost is much cheaper compared to other locations I have been to in the past. I really appreciate Cindy's kind, gestures, and ability to do my eyebrows. I drive 40 minutes just to get a manicure and pedicure from Kevin and eyebrow waxing from Cindy. This place is a hidden gem!!! I genuinely feel at home when I walk in!
Managers daughter running around Cold pedicure water The manager had a disgusting attitude and was huffing and puffing. Asked for a full set and when I got there I asked someone if I could get a pedicure. She stated "I have plans, you asked for a full set not a pedicure on the phone" in a RUDE tone. I then stated I would take my business else where from her disrespect. She could have stated she didn't have time but instead wanted to speak loudly and be disrespectful. Would not go here!!!!
I came in to get my nails done. I was sat in a chair by myself and the girl returned to her workstation and started texting her friends. This is not the first time I've gone into that salon and gotten bad attitudes and bad service. Would not recommend.
