I told her what I wanted, and she made suggestions on how to get the look I was going for. She sure worked her magic! I don't really know what I was expecting, all I know is that I was amazed when I looked in the mirror! I had a wonderful experience, and my only regret is not coming here years ago. This is my favorite hair I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!
Victoria blasted my hair with some product that made my hair fall out in chunks afterward. While I was there I asked for ombre color she colored my roots around my face and in the middle of my head. It's not even a style now or ever! I called left messages and she never returned my call. So I went to the salon to discuss matters with her and she was very rude.

I got to Jessica Franco for my waxing needs and have traveled with her from other location bc she is THAT good. I moved for a year and soooo missed her service! She's fast and I have less ingrowna bc of her! She knows good techniques to pull hair in certain way that helps! Check her out if you need a wax! She's flexible too!
