I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent. She was super friendly, and very personable during my haircut. Unfortunately with the results I think there is a lack of skill that could easily be fixed with a bit more effort towards the craft of hair cutting. I got a wash and trim and she brushed all of my wet hair back and did the cut. When i asked to part down the middle because that's how i normally wear my hair she addressed my request asking if I wanted a U cut or straight across, i said straight and she continued the cut with out parting and it is noticeably uneven. So as much as I enjoyed the personable experience with the stylist, i would not recommend until I know there is further training/knowledge acquired. I did have to get it fixed which was more money and now shorter hair than i wanted to get it all even.

Ummmm. They are going to thread off your eyebrows. Just spare yourself the 6 dollars.

I personally only need and use them for their threading and waxing! Let's just say I will drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there over other places. Professional. Clean. Talented. Great prices! However, I have seen Thierry work as beauticians (hair cuts & treatments), all looked great! Bilingual.

This place is terrible. Do NOT go here. I asked for a basic clean up without making the brow shape round, keeping the top arched. The woman who did my eyebrows clearly did not comprehend my instructions, over-shaped and thinned out one brow, and let the other one stay thick. It's like she couldn't make up her mind and just ignored everything I said. I was growing my brows out for months and did not want them shaped until the next time. She refused to apologize at the end nor felt any regret! Also, this place is filthy and looks like it has never been cleaned thoroughly.
