I went to Belinda one time. I made several appointments, but due to my job, I wasn't always able to keep the appointment but was always considerate about her time, and would always contact the salon days prior to my appointment to cancel. Well I guess I got under her skin, because when I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was asked to pay up front for my services. Unhappy about the request, I didn't schedule the appointment. I attempted to schedule another appointment today. I was given a Saturday appointment. The receptionist put me on hold . It seems my name must have skeleton cross bones next to it because it became a huge production. A second person told me the date I was given is no longer available, and Belinda is suddenly changing the time of arrival for that day. I then said to give me any Saturday. Not surprised at all to hear she's totally booked, and the receptionist pretended looking for something available, and put me on hold for the third time. Needless to say, if I'm treated like trash, I do not want to go where I'm treated like trash. I am a paying customer, and truly liked the way Belinda cut my hair on my first visit. I will not be going back. Highly disappointed. Had I not called to cancel any appointments that I scheduled, I could fully understand her frustration, but this is not the case. I was treated with the utmost unprofessionalism.

I had a 5 minute hair cut, shampoo, and scalp detox and paid nearly $250.00. They are extremely overpriced. A shampoo, no blow, no condition cost me $60.00. This is outrageous. My scalp detox felt good at the time but the same day, my scalp started itching. Not worth the money. They need to adjust their prices.

Very professional and COVID safe salon. They are in such high demand it took a while to get an appointment. However, it was worth the wait. Belinda, stylist, was professional and polite. She offered advice and talk through every step of treatments. It is more expensive than some other salons but you get what you pay for. The atmosphere and level service is worth it.

Excellent customer, service, hair care and styling. The owner is really knowledgeable about Issues of the scalp, hair restoration treatments , and how to promote healthy hair growth. In addition to loving the shops ambiance I appreciated how clean it always is .

I got my hair colored from years of using black box dye to a red. Brianna my beautiful beautician did an amazing job on my hair. I left there feeling like a new woman. Will be going every two weeks.
