Poor communication. After issues with my Paypal payment, I was offered a selection of dates via IG. I responded to the private message with my selected date and time. Days went by before I had any response, and when I did receive communication it was that my chosen date the time had already been booked. Mind you I had responded to their message the same day, they did not respond to tell me that the appointment had already been booked until 3 days later. I told them that I could not make the other available appointment (they only gave me 2 options that were more than a month out). That was on 9/6/2020, they did not respond to my following messages asking them if they received my last messages and asking if there were other appointments available. Keep in mind, they already had my money (nearly 1K). I finally called them today, 9/15/2020 and Keisha answered. Once she knew who I was she said "I don't think I'm the right artist for you so I am going to refund your money through PayPal and also send you referrals to other artists in the area that can better accomodate you". I asked her what led to this change and she said "I just don't think I'm going to be able to meet your needs with your eyebrows and your lips...". Wow! I can't believe I had already told my friends about her work, her artistic ability and her (supposed) popular classes. I will definitely be going back and reneging my recommendation for her services. She may be talented but her professional practices are putting and she is not worth the drama.
Keeysha does great work! She explains the entire process and makes sure that you are relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!
This was my first microblading experience and Keysha definetly has an eye for this. I was a model for one of her students and they immediately put me at ease with the process. They were thorough, knowledgeable and sanitary. Every step of this process she made sure I was comfortable & happy with my brow shape. Keysha is the BEST!!! I won't go to anyone else from now on!!!!
