i got a pedicure, my 2 friends got manicures. That was the fastest and worst pedicure of my life. $45 for pretty much gel polish. I think my feet were in the water about 25 seconds. The whole service was about 20 minutes. The lady literally did one light swipe with the cheese grater thing, it was like she did it just to say, "oh yes, I used it." You know when you pay good money for something and you feel like you were just robbed. Yeah, it was exactly that. The 2 manicures.. they didn't even put their hands in any softening solution. Polish was bumpy and was chipping not 24hrs later. This place is a scam, and they could care less. I will NEVER go there again, and I feel bad I suggested the place to my friends that day.
I never had a pedicure before. This was the best experience - it didn't hurt, I relaxed while they massaged my feet and lower legs, I upgraded to a gel polish and a hot foot wax, and an eyebrow wax. I am a happy customer!
I took my 90 yr old Mom and myself to get our nails done and pedicures. I found in general that they responded in a very defensive aggressive manner to any question. The lady that did my nails did a great job but l have never seen such a messy job as the other lady did for my Mom. The polish in her toe nails looked like it was done by a child the polish was all over her skin under her toe nails was not cleaned and when l brought this to her attention she became angry raising her voice trying to justify her very poor work. No worries as l will never return to your business it' was made clear you don't think a elderly woman deserves quality service. And this poor job cost me $60.00 ridiculous.
Came into get my eyebrows waxed and instantly was greeted and taken back. No waiting at all. Very through and only $10 for awesome service! May be towards the end of Yelm but it's worth the trip! Take the time to stop in and give them a try. No long waits or bad service compared to black and white nails.
I used to go here all the time and it was always a wonderful experience. Haven't been here for a while, came back this morning and experienced terrible service and nails. I'm so disappointed, I would not recommend anyone to come here for acrylic nails.
