T&K Nails & Spa in Yelm, WA

I love Perfection Nails & Spa! They opened last summer & never disappoint! The salon is clean, everyone is so friendly & welcoming, they provide complimentary drinks, & they actually show their customers they appreciate our business. Hannie is my girl for my nails, she is amazing! My shape is always on point, my nails last longer than I'd like to admit sometimes, & I'm always happy when I leave. I've had pedicures by a few of the nail techs they truly all do a great job & make sure you relax. This is the only nail salon in Yelm that I go to because they are so friendly, incredible work, & again they actually really appreciate their customers. I absolutely love everyone at Perfection Nails!

first time ever coming in here and was absolutely blown away by all the employees kindness and their amazing work, I absolutely love my nails and definitely recommend coming here! they really do make you feel at home

New owners and they are fantastic! What a change from previous owner. The place is so clean now and actually has a nice big counter where you pay. They offer complementary drinks. They are very nice and do a wonderful service. So glad they bought it and cleaned it up. My pedicure was fantastic! My niece got a mani-pedi and they did a fantastic job. Her nails lasted over 4 weeks! She was super impressed. This is the only place in town that I'll go too. I'd give it a 5 star rating but I'm taking a star away because I had made an appointment and we had to wait 45 minutes for the 2 men too come in to do our pedicures.

All the staff was 15 min late. Vibe was good until I started to receive bad energy from the person doing my nails. He was rude. Anytime I said something he had the opposite to say. One of my nails was put on completely sideways the visit prior to todays and the tip was like 3/4 of a way too short for that nail so it looked like their was a pinky finger tip on my ring finger. The guy doing my nails said that it was done correct and that my finger is the problem. I do nails and I've had my nails done thousands of times before it was clearly put on wrong. So I asked for my nails to be taken off and redone so I could get a milky white nail with a design on the ring finger. He didn't take my nails off he just filled them leaving the pink and white still on the nail. He cut my nails too short and was very rough and cut the side of my finger with the file to where I was bleeding. Still having negative energy I decided to just stop engaging in conversation. He then said my nails didn't turn out right to have the milky white do I should just paint them red. I said ok. He then yelled at me and said no! what color of red? Dark or light? I said I'll have to look. He turned around with attitude and walked away. He got the colors and when I picked a color he told me sorry that's a powder. I said ok can I get the colors? He got the colors and I picked one just to get out of there. He then said oh that color is 5$ more! I said I don't care. He put the color on and then asked me if I was ok. I replied yep. And he then told me to smile. After he was done I paid and bounced. I'll never go back to this place again and I definitely don't recommend it. I gave this place 2 different shots at my busienss. First time the color looked good but she put my nails on crooked. This time it was a man who was just hired and didn't seem to have credentials to do nails and was extremely rude unprofessional and rough upon other things. The owner seems really good but when doing my nails the first time I was pawned off to the other lady who put my nails on crooked. And when a customer tells you the nails on crooked the customer is NOT wrong! The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! So when a client tells you they want something one way it's the employees job to make it the way the client wants it NOT how the employee wants it or thinks it should be done. This place isn't about quality customer service. They lost my busienss my mom's busienss and my significant others busienss. Not to mention I paid full price for my nails that were messed up both times. I typically will not leave bad reviews because it's bad for busienss but this place needs some serious feedback on customer service and I'm very upset at the fact my nails are so messed up and still had to pay a second time of messed up service. Lesson learned.
