Great Clips in Yelm, WA

Poor customer service. Every time I call in for appointment they say they don't do appointments and then tell me to go to their website or app to schedule appointments. The online is always down. When I ask them to schedule me in, they don't do so over the phone cause it's a walk In only. But when I get there it's always a 3-5 hour wait. This happened to me four times in a row. I understand they are over booked but this is ridiculous. Management need to figure out something. It's obvious they do cause I always here the staff talk about how frustrated they are when pissed off customers comes In and throw a tantrum. Your employee don't deserve this. They have said almost every visit I had, that this has been an issue for quite sometime and that they have said something about it and still none has been done. Get it together management. I've been a customer with great clips for a long time. After this experience I'm finally hanging up my kindness and taking my business elsewhere. Im sure lots of other barber places would welcome my business.

This place is a nightmare. There is never shorter than a 1 1/2 hour wait. They aren't open when theire our say they are. And they are constantly understaffed.

We gave this salon 2 tries and both times I've left disappointed. The first time was okay, but there are clipper marks on my sons head and it's uneven all around the back. We asked for a medium skin fade and there's no fade, it's just a level 3 all the way around, which is not what I asked for. The stylist we had today was snappy with me when I asked for a full wash - cut - style for my preteen. She kept mentioning "that's an extra $$ and it will take more time." I told her we weren't in a hurry, and thanked her. Her and another stylist exchanged a very obvious "look" between each other. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be back.

Seriously ... I am never going back to Great clips again. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that they were uncomfortable with doing my hair. The saddest part... I called ahead, explained what I wanted, and made sure that they were comfortable.... why agree to something you're not comfortable with? It was a basic soft romantic curl look! If you are a male this seems like a place for you because male haircuts are the only thing that they can do here.

$15 and a $5 tip and my sons hair looks terrible and he is covered in hair like she didn't even clean him off a little bit. We won't come here again. I'll be going to another salon to pay again to have this cut fixed.
