I have been to Yany's twice for a women's hair cut. Both times Yany has cut my hair. The first time she charged me $50 for cut and style. It included shampoo, cut, and style. This would have been fine if she was upfront with the pricing, which she was not. I was only told the price after walking up to the register to pay. I went back after the first time despite the high price because she did a good job with my hair. This was a mistake. Not only did she charge me $50 again when I specifically only asked for a cut (no shampoo and no styling), but when I asked why the price was the same despite getting a different service she simply said "inflation". Nowhere in the store can you find an up to date pricing chart or a general guide of how much the services will cost you. I asked further about the pricing and she responded that the pricing depends on the type of hair you have. I understand different services may cost different prices but she absolutely was not transparent about this information until after the haircut was completed both times. This salon is a money grab and is not transparent with its customers. Please go elsewhere where you know what to expect when getting your hair cut.

Yani and her Team were good at what they are doing, they listen to what you want and need, also provides good and honest feedback and they will help you achieve what you want. I did permanent hair coloring 3 weeks ago, did not match my skin and what I have envisioned, I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror to be honest, then came to fix it at Yani's Hair Saloon. Boy! They fixed me up real good, now I'm feeling confident & beautiful once again. I highly recommend their service and I'll probably never go anywhere else again but here. Thank you Yani!
