Got here for a fill in and pedicure and waited 45 minutes to be serviced. During this time no one greeted me or asked what services I would be getting. The only reason I stayed is because with traffic my next option would have been a long drive. After the wait a woman asked what services I wanted I advised fill in and pedicure. After my pedicure was halfway finished I was advised they would not be able to do my nails due to an appointment they had. The lady for the appointment showed up 30 minutes after the time she said she had an appointment. So unprofessional and a waste of my time. Will never come back.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, was left soaking my feet for 50 min they said multiple times the next person was going to take me.. DO NOT SIT A CLIENT IN THR CHAIR IF YOU'RE NOT READY TO SERVICE THEM. As I'm leaving out they wanna be smart and say you came a a busy time.. than say that before sit someone down and soak their feet.. after 25min I let them know the water was cold.. and took them 10 min to get a pitcher to finally replace it with hot water. Do not go to this establishment
Do not come here. Rude terrible customer service and nails did not look good. They were crooked very bad and the lady got a attitude. I thought it was just that lady bit all of them are like that. Been twice and no longer wasting money a third time. Save your money and time and do not come here.
This great nail salon is perfect for an affordable nail makeover. The nail technicians are very nice and the vibe is very chill. The place is very clean
This place was a nightmare . I returned the day after getting a full set to get bubbles out of my polish and the technician gave me attitude about how I wanted the nail shaped ,saying statements like "I don't need that" "I don't know what I'm talking about" when the nails were significantly thick and bulky .i asked her to file the nails in more of a "coffin shape" , she filed my nails so hard my pinkies bled . Overall disgusted by the customer service ,atmosphere and quality of service.
