Love this place and have been going here for years! Trish and David are always so kind, intentional, and talented! They always take my crazy nail designs and bring them to life! Also Stephanie is my girl for a great pedi!!! I'd say timeliness is an area for growth, especially when they are super busy! But I love them so much, I'll always go back! At this point, they are like family and are also so accommodating to my last minute scheduling!
I had the worst experience here. Avoid at all costs! I went in to get one nail repaired. The person who did my nails either was new or maybe was an apprentice working under someone else's license. Instead of soaking off the acrylic on my broken nail, the person doing my nails drilled the acrylic down so far that it made a hole in my natural nail. It hurt really bad and I'm really worried about infection now. The other things I noticed when I was there (I wish I would have noticed sooner and left before I let anyone touch my nails) but the place is unsanitary, they don't change files after each client and I did not see one person disinfect their instruments in quats (the blue disinfectant) after their last customer and before their next customer.
Just unsanitary!... unfortunately we've gotten kind of used to this in these Asian nail salons but for the love of Pete!?!? Seriously, they must never get inspections . I did hair and nails in 80's and 90's this mess is Ridiculous now . We would have gotten shut DOWN back in the day ... sad
my service was done by a male that seemed to not know what he was doing. The trimming of my nails were fine. When it came to the hot towel, he put a steaming hot towel on my legs and feet, burning me as i'm telling him it's very hot, he thought flipping it over and continuously pressing would make it cooler, it didn't. After that he started the hot stone service and did not let the stones cool down at all, as soon as he touched my legs i said yeah those are really hot, forget the hot stones. I asked to have my nails painted by someone else and they declined me. Not happy at all and will never be coming back.
The service was horrible I don't got to this place. It's dirty. The staff are rude and disrespectful
