Rose Nails in Redding, CA

Rose Nails performed a miracle on my hands and feet! Three salons later I finally found my perfect place! Even the pedicure spa chairs massaged my chronic back pain away. Excellent selection and quality service. New owners are awesome!!! Highly recommended!

Um ya sooo,DONT go here. My god daughter and daughter came here for part of their "girls day". There is an entire list of things that went wrong. 1. The nails look like crap . (See the attached photo. ) 2. Extremely rude . The employees started arguing and cussing at each other in the middle of my girls getting their nails done. One of the employees threw their phone on the desk and it actually hit my 11 year olds hand . Not hard but that's not the point . 3. The lady made my daughter bleed on almost every finger. 4. The same hostile employee was giving dirty look at my god daughter every time her son got a little fussy. Honestly that employee was lucky I wasn't there with my girls. Because I would have flipped out on her . She's lucky I live an hour away or I would have gone down in person right when my girls got home.

I would love to give zero stars but they don't allow it. I just sat there for an hour and a half after being told half an hour wait for a sale they only acknowledge me once I got up to walk out. Other people came in for their appointments at 2 o'clock and only had three appointments set up out of the fourth one in and they got sat down immediately. I don't have time to wait any longer they will never get my Business again

Last time I went here, the nail tech cut up my cuticles and left me with lumpy, uneven acrylics that weren't even the shape I wanted. She was definitely speeding through my set to get to the next client and it showed; I ended up buying a bottle of acetone and soaking off the nail set a few days later because they just looked awful. I've also gotten pedicures here a couple of times and they were fine, but they use a salt scrub which dries out my skin. Everywhere else I've been uses a sugar scrub which leaves my skin soft and moisturized, as it SHOULD be after a pedicure. My friend, who went with me, got a manicure with gel polish and her nails looked great. So maybe just don't get acrylics here? Or save your money and go literally anywhere else; there's salons right across the street from the mall if you're looking for a decent post-shopping pampering.

The only reason I have one star is because I couldn't go less. My friend and I went to get a full set done. We both showed them our pictures. And I explained exactly what my friend wanted. The nail tech took her design and did something completely different. Than what we asked and wasn't close to the pictures we showed her. She asked for matte and was told they couldn't do it. The tech asked and then changed her mind. Then continued to do shiny polish.. never have i ever been to a salon that couldn't do matte. On my nails my cuticles are raw and are so sore. I am cut and bleeding just under my nail. One of the nails is crooked. She was so rough with my hands. And I understood that she couldn't do exactly what I wanted and i put my trust into her experience and did not expect her not to have an eye towards they artistry of what I was wanting. She used so much liquid on the acrylic that one of my nails looks like it ran up my cuticle. When we paid, we paid separately and each time they hovered so close to us. I think it was to see if we were going to tip. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
