My review is on sanitation purposes. Not a clean place. They used a dirty towel on me. The chair wasn't clean. And they don't seem to follow hygienic routines/protocols. My pedi was nice tho.
All of my nails started popping off like press ons just a few days after I had them done. This is by far the worst nail experience I've ever had, three days of ugly and cheaply done nails is NOT worth $50. Highway robbery & I will be reporting them.
Eva is the best! She always listens to what I want and checks in to make sure I am happy before moving forward. She is quick and efficient and very friendly. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and it is clean and I love the shows they play and the murals on the walls. Color selection is really good and for a professional like me, everything is workplace appropriate. I have gone to Eva for years and will continue to go to her for the foreseeable future. My husband and I came here for a walk-in pedicures and a manicure for myself. All of the technicians were with a customer at the time we walked in so we waited around twenty minutes prior to us being seated which wasn't too bad. The salon was quiet for a Sunday morning with one television on with the volume low. The technician that my husband had for his pedicure did a good job handling his feet. My technician did an average job, she was a bit rough with handling my feet but the pedicure overall went well. I wish I could say the same about my manicure. I was a bedside nurse for a while, so my hands are constantly being washed so my hands tend to be on the drier side with some hangnails here and there. The quality wasn't as great as what I was hoping for yet it was bit less than average. There was some gel polish left on my skin in different places and overall it looked less than good. I came home to fix up my nails, take the hangnails off, and fix the polish left on my skin. Throughout everything, they technicians were nice but I think we will continue to frequent our usual salon.
