Terrible, they don't listen to instructions at all. Cut my hair way too short, picture of me wearing black is what I wanted my hair like, and the closeup picture is how they cut my hair... really disappointing

If you like your hair, maybe avoid this place. Apparently you don't get to have your hair cut your way. Read the other reviews. Will your hair grow back? Yes. However, if you like your hair cut right, this likely is not the place for you. Try your luck if you want. Maybe you'll get someone that actually knows how to follow simple instructions and cut YOUR hair how YOU want it.
Today, I checked in online and the App says 14 minute wait. So, I checked in. At about the 10 minute make, the app sends me a text to start heading towards the salon, which I did. I arrived and parked my car at the Salon where the app now says 4 minutes remaining. When I walked in the door, my wait time changed to 18 minutes. I asked what happened, ladies said they had to take the walk-ins even though I was on-time with my wait time. This is a BAD way to treat your customers and I hope they Great Clips reads this and treat their customers with better respect.
One of the worst experience I ever had it was my first time here and it will be my last. I came in for a cut and ask to get 2 inch off. My hair is very easy to cut because basically all you need to do is to cut straight across and I didn't understand how difficult that could be..???.. the lady was having difficulty cutting it straight (my hair was uneven etc... my sister have to pointed out to her the uneven spot.. ) she kept saying it even but why my sister says it not even...??.... well, I was getting frustrated so I had to speak up and ask if anyone is willing to help me fix and sadly none of the other worker or I'm not sure if that lady across from her is the manager or not but she wasn't willing to help me fix. I'm sorry but I will not ever come back to this place. Customer service is bad and the hair trim they charge 21 dollar but turn out so horrible. Coming home I have to have my sister trim and cut and even out for me just so it can look presentable... btw the lady name is Lien that did the haircut.. worst experience ever.......
