Wildflower Collective in Las Vegas, NV

I was browsing  on instagram found this place . I had Megan as my stylist .what I love about her was her honesty and my hair cut and blow out was so good . She took her time with the service , before anything we had a consultation before the cut . She is very  detailed with her work . Her vibe is very welcoming and outgoing . I definitely recommend her. Will be booking with her from now on  .

haircut made my daughter cry!!!
my 16 year old daughter booked an appointment with the owner of the salon.  we got in and they notified her of our arrival, however she did not acknowledge us for 20 minutes, then causally walks over as shes looking down texting on her phone. i shouldve known then the way this would turn out. she asked my daughter what she was looking to get and she very clearly stated she wanted a lot of long layers, my daughters hair was to her waist.  she asked my daughter if there was anything she didnt like and my daughter stated very clearly "bangs too short". she agreed to leave them 2 inches under her jawline. it seems she learned to ask the right questions but did not learn to listen.when she showed her the pictures of what she wanted the stylist kept saying "thats gonna give you a mullet," in my head im wondering how if the pictures clearly do not show a mullet and my daughter has thick long hair to accommodate the look she wanted. if
the stylist didnt know how to do the haircut she couldve said that instead of showing us later when her hair was hacked that she could not do that haircut. when she took my daughter to the shampoo bowl she was very rough through her hair and was finger combing the knots and yanking and aggressively tugging on her hair. she was hurting her and she is not even tender headed. and never bothered to brush it with a brush!!then, when she did the haircut she kept talking about a mullet like its the only cut out there, and did not divide her hair into sections for an even cut, instead picked up pieces and chop chop chopped her hair into almost the mullet that she kept speaking about. her bangs were not left 2 inches below her chin and instead choked her jawline! when it came to blow drying, she did not do it and passed her off to someone else who did not blow dry it throuoghly as the cuticle was not sealed, so they left her with semi damp frizzy hair. one thing about many people who get their haircut, they want to feel better about themselves and not be shattered after the fact. especially when youre a teenager.  when my daughter texted me all this i asked to speak to her and explained my daughters concerns, and she non chalantly replied "then dont pay". my daughter was already in the car in tears!! it wasnt necessarily the money, it was the fact that she didnt really seem to care, and then replied "i think it looks good." and also said "well i dont know how the salon works that you go too, but sometimes there is others who blowdry the hair!!"like no!!! you finish the job you started!!! between myself and 2 daughters getting haircuts quite frequently i think i would have plenty of experience with plenty of salons and have never been passed off to someone else for a blow dry in my life!!heres the thing, people dont go to salons to get what the sylists wants!!! it is on her as a salon owner to make their guests feel comfortable, not gaslight them and shut them out! and never even apologized!!  what unprofessional behavior from an "owner" of a salon.

I booked an appointment with Mariah on the website. Luckily I made the appointment on Wednesday night and she had an opening today (Friday).
I was going in for a much needed haircut and Mariah was so nice and easy to work with! I had made a mistake on NYE and used a color conditioner that turned my hair a green color and even though I only booked a haircut she was nice enough to put a toner on to fix the nasty green.
I will definitely be back, I already booked my next appointment for 6 weeks from now.

Wildflower Collective is located in Boca Park, on the corner of Rampart and Charleston. I never noticed this place until I followed my hairdresser here.

The salon was smaller than I expected, but it is well-designed and provides a tranquil atmosphere. Design-wise, they incorporated a natural color palette, which includes an impressive array of indoor plants that adds a lovely zen-like quality to the space. The lighting includes both warm and cool colors to maximize the visibility of the client's hair color by mimicking natural sunlight.

As usual, my hair stylist Brooke knocked it out of the park with my hair cut and color refresh. She consistently delivers great results! The other Yelpers who gave the salon low ratings were due to their specific stylist. Brooke is always professional, prompt, and willing to give her clients the best possible outcome.

5 stars for my stylist alone, but the salon is gorgeous and it really enhances the experience.

Every time I have gotten my hair done here I have a wonderful experience. Cortney does my hair and is an absolute angel. The receptionist is always accommodating and kind. I receive 5 star service, and will continue to go back. I'm not a yelp-er, but felt compelled to leave a review.
