Crystal Beauty Nails & Spa in Las Vegas, NV

Chipped in 3 days and I'm in Cali for a wedding.
I even made sure to wear gloves when washing dishes.

nails and service was fine i was told i would pay 90$ 80$ for the acrylic and 10$ for french tip and then they charged me an extra 30$ for idk what something about gel and custom design ????? ... i have paint still all over my toes and glue from the added nail just kinda annoyed that they didn't tell me anything about 30$ extra charge and that she didn't clean up my toes or anything but i mean what am i gonna do not pay just make sure you definitely know what they'll be charging you ....

UPDATE= the owner called me and helped me with the situation and refunded me the 30$ i was not aware about thank you

This was my first time there. I saw Nyah. I booked for a 2 hour session & she got me out of there right on time. She was friendly & my nails were exactly what I wanted. She used fresh tools out of an individually wrapped sterilized bag. The music was vibey and the front desk girl was super nice as well. 10/10 experience.

I have been following them on instagram for a while. I finally broke down and booked an appointment for my birthday. Gotta spoil myself sometimes. Makaila was my nail tech and she was amazing! Very easy to talk to! Can't wait to schedule again with her!

Let me start off by saying I am not one to talk badly about people's  hustle or art ! If anything, I love to support people who have a passion for making others feel confident and beautiful in the world we live in, but my experience shouldn't go unspoken. Crystal nail salon is a nice place to get your nails done. Some of the nail techs are great and talented, as everyone knows that you need to deposit a $25 fee to book your appointment, and that will go towards your nails. Or if you do not attend your appointment or cancel, you will lose out on that $25. My issue was just that! They were nice enough to give me a call for not going to my appointment. I had my own personal reasons on not going, and I was very understanding about missing out on the $25, but unfortunately,
whomever was the receptionist, did not hang up the phone  correctly, and I heard 2 girls talking very loudly and badly  about me for not being able to attend my appointment. I felt attacked and was very heated in the moment just by  hearing them. All I did was not attend my appointment. I shouldn't be SHAMED!  or BULLIED!!  for not attending. I find that very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I never assumed that my nail tech Aspen  would be someone who talks badly about her clients. Las vegas is a small city if you ask me. Word travels fast, especially in the nail tech world/beautyworld. This salon gets a lot of attention  for the good/bad reasons. As every other nail salon does, but to be so vocal about talking badly about clients is a whole different thing,  I've  never experienced this before. It's safe to say I won't be going back. I'd rather give my money to those who are more deserving and are more professional in their field on making people feel good  and confident  about themselves.
