The setting is nice and updated. Cozy chairs to enjoy during pedicures. However the price was not quoted as the service showed for the 90 minute pedi. Additionally the service staff are having conversations across the room and the overall volume is not at all soothing or relaxing. Unfortunately I don't recommend this local establishment.
The description of the $92 pedicure was that of relaxation and pampering. However, the music was incredibly loud and the conversations between the employees was totally unprofessional! While trying to relax, we had to hear them talking about dating, partying, after work plans, etc. It was AWFUL! Then, they didn't offer any massage and charged us $100 instead of the listed price.
Decided to treat myself to their Foot care pedicure package for $95. While the treatment was nice it's really nothing more then the luxe paraffin treatment advertised. I did not get a neck pillow nor the complementary pedi socks. I did spend 2.5 hours there however when the booking stated an hour and 10 minutes. The atmosphere is nice and so is the staff but not worth the money or time. Sorry Well Polished.
Yesterday my daughter and I booked the Foot Rescue treatments and it was not good. The therapist had all the personality of Lurch and clearly had no training in this kind of work, or desire to be doing it. We paid double than the regular pedicure and we were supposed to receive an "extra long, luxurious" foot and lower leg massage with this treatment and we received nothing. Also, the heated neck pillow with essential oils did not happen. The treatment basically consisted of the girl slapping on a series of gels, and then disappearing into the back room, or working on the other person in between rinses. Very overpriced and disappointing experience, I would not recommend this place to anybody.
I have been going to Well polished for years! The owner, Megan, is always friendly and Jenny and Maya both do a great job at all the services they do. I always feel welcomed and comfortable there. I always recommend WP to my friends.
