Weldon Barber in Sammamish, WA

Cassandra is a wonderful barber. The cut is always exactly what I'm looking for and she can match a reference picture with ease. She uses techniques I have never seen before that go the extra mile in making my heart look great. Her small talk is pleasant and I always enjoy seeing her.

Racist barber! Thank you Robyn, Emma, and Mary for radically profiling me and telling me you couldn't cut my biracial sons hair! His hair is curly and easy to cut and you didn't even look at his hair, you looked at our skin and said you wouldn't cut his hair! You said you have a cosmetology license and you're a barber but you can only cut certain hair?!!! This was an awful experience and beyond racist!

My partner came in for a fade, but it wasn't faded you could easily see the guard line. Very expensive for what you get though it was nice that they wash your hair. Service seemed rushed, my partners current barber takes an hour and makes sure everything is perfect. The barber here seemed to stick to a time schedule even though the cut wasn't properly finished. More practice is needed by the barber to fade properly, for the price of this haircut you would expect a better result.

Horrible for the amount of money you pay. Went for the first time for a men's haircut. I showers the stylist the photos of a simple comb over hair style and she said she can do it. I came out with a short spiky hair! Never going here again.

I started going to this salon in February, had only 5 haircuts with them as I normally get a haircut every 3-4 weeks. I arrived for my 6th appointment 5 minutes before my scheduled time (as I always do) only to find out that my stylist had just taken someone else back 5 minutes before to cut their hair. This was the second time she's done this (the first time was only my 3rd cut). So, the first time I was understanding, however the second time was enough for me to never go back. The purpose of an appointment is for me to not have to wait. I can understand a few minutes running behind, but taking a customer 5 minutes before you have a client appointment and asking me to wait 20+ minutes is disrespectful of my time and contrary to having an appointment. The owners should provide better training with their stylists to ensure that this does not happen if in only 6 times of trying to come there it's happened twice (that's failing to meet an appointment 33% of the time). I can certainly find a salon where for $50-$75 a haircut my stylist will take me on time. The owner says on her profile that they strive for a "quality experience" and "strive to put our customers first!" I would say that failing to keep my appointments is neither a quality experience nor striving to put me, a customer, first. UPDATE: On 6/23 Tabrina responded to my review asking me to email them (their stock reply to everyone and it means nothing as they don't reply). Not only did I email them, but I emailed them prior to her asking me to. There was NO response to my email. Additionally, when this happened I called the store and asked for a manager to contact me. Several days later an Assistant called and after explaining a bit she asked if I wanted someone from their corporate to contact me, I said yes. There was NO call back. Suffice to say, the stock response from Tabrina to email them is just that. They don't respond, and it's obvious that they really don't care about losing customers. Angela, you posting your so-called comittments to your customers is as empty as the stock replies from Tabrina. So customers wishing to post a review should do so, so others have insight, but don't expect anything to come of it from the business.
