Salon 074 in Sammamish, WA

I scheduled the appointment, i called before the appointment just to confirm my appointment. Due to my misunderstanding it was half hour early. I mentioned very clearly before leaving my house that do you want me to reschedule or i can come 20 mins late. The receptionist mentioned no worries come. In 20 mins i was right outside their business and then they gave me a call to reschedule. If they would have clearly told me to reschedule then n the first place i would have done that.

I had a great experience with Dena- she carefully listened to what I was going for, and worked with me on my idea diligently. Super friendly and positive experience here. Will definitely be back.

Love the service here each time. Stylists are skilled, patient and keenly listen to provide the best. They did great job with my little kid as well. Feedback for the Salon owners on the product range used for kids. Little one had a hair cut and the fragrance in her hair is so strong even after four days. This is alarming and would request the salon to think long term impact on kids as fragrances are endocrine disruptors . we're especially vulnerable to them during phases of accelerated development--throughout childhood."

Andrea fit me in last minute and did an excellent job. I have found all of the stylists here to be top notch. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. My whole family goes here.

The owner, Nancy, is extremely well educated in both color and hair styling, with many years of experience in fulfilling clients' requests successfully. I've been a client since she opened the Sammamish salon (sooo many years now!), and I've been happy every single time. I see Nancy about every three or four weeks, for color and an edgy cut (gotta keep it current!). She always delivers her best, and I enjoy every time I go in. She keeps up with the trends, and continues her education with seminars and conferences. Nothing beats educated experience, and great customer service.
